Kabbalat Shabbat Service with Rabbi Rachel Weiss and Cantor Howard Friedland with InterAct Program Sponsored by JRC’s Israel-Palestine Working Group

For this special Shabbat, Rabbi Rachel and Cantor Howard will lead a shortened Kabbalat Shabbat service from 7-7:30pm (with some of our essential liturgy including refuah and kaddish blessings).  At 7:30pm, we welcome Aziz Abu Sarah and Maoz Inon to share with us their story of Building the Road to Peace.  Following their program, join the community for Oneg Shabbat and informal conversation with our guests. The oneg is sponsored by JRC’s Israel-Palestine Working Group and Marla Baker and Rick Kulp, in memory of Marla’s mother Sonia Baker.
