Towards Reconciliation: What Israelis, Palestinians & All of Us Can Learn from South Africa and Rwanda

Join members of JRC’s Israel-Palestine Committee to attend Maya Savir’s conversation about her book On Reconciliation at Bookends and Beginnings (1620 Orrington Av, Evanston) on Monday, October 12 at 6 PM. Safir will be in conversation with political scientist Omar Safadi as well as Todd Hasak-Lowy, who translated her book from Hebrew. On Reconciliation offers a new language for imagining the future of Israelis and Palestinians, one grounded in political imagination, recognition, and equality. The conversation will be followed by a book signing.
