Feminist Torah Study with Rabbi Rachel Weiss

Have you ever found Torah texts too patriarchal, too male-centered, and with not enough focus on gender, equality, or inclusion of all voices?  Rabbi Rachel leads us through Torah text study through a critical feminist lens, exploring voices that are left out, and breaking down gender biases.  We’ll explore the context of these sacred texts and how we might adapt for greater meaning today.  People of all genders welcome!

Bring your own lunch to enjoy from 11:30am-12pm and torah study will begin at 12pm.
