Sam Fleischacker, an Evanston resident and professor of philosophy at UIC, spent June 2025 doing protective presence with Palestinian communities in the West Bank, mostly in connection with Rabbi Arik Ascherman’s organization, Torat Tzedek. Sam will join us at JRC to talk about that experience and about Jewish-Palestinian co-operative work more generally in Israel and the West Bank.
